Refund policy
REFUND AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Effective from 13 August 2026
Nature of the Product
The BluSyntax Budget Planner sold through the BluSyntax online store constitutes digital content supplied without a tangible medium. No physical product or parcel is shipped; therefore, products cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
Performance of the Digital Content Contract
Following successful payment, the Customer receives access on the order confirmation page and by email to:
-
the Google Sheets-based financial planner;
-
the digital user guides accompanying the product.
Performance begins when the download and access links to the digital content are made available to the Customer.
Right of Withdrawal
As a general rule, Customers qualifying as consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason.
The Customer loses the right of withdrawal if:
-
the supply of the digital content begins before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period with the Customer’s express prior consent;
-
the Customer simultaneously expressly acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins; and
-
the Service Provider provides the Customer with the confirmation required by law.
The Customer must provide the necessary consent and acknowledgement through a separate and express declaration before completing the purchase.
If the above conditions are not met, the Customer retains the right of withdrawal provided by applicable law.
Technical Problems or Lack of Conformity
If the Customer does not receive the access links, a link does not work, a file cannot be opened, or the digital content cannot otherwise be used as intended, please report the issue by providing the order number at:
hello@blusyntax.com
The Service Provider will first attempt to restore access, replace the defective link or file, or otherwise bring the digital content into conformity with the contract.
If bringing the digital content into conformity is impossible, is not completed within a reasonable period, or other conditions specified by applicable law are met, the Customer may be entitled to a price reduction, termination of the contract, and a corresponding refund under applicable law.
Voluntary Refunds
If performance of the digital content contract has begun with the Customer’s valid consent and the Customer has duly lost the right of withdrawal, no refund may be requested solely because the Customer has changed their mind or has not used the product.
This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights, statutory warranty rights, or rights arising from a lack of conformity.
Method of Refund
Where the Customer is entitled to a refund, the Service Provider will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after establishing the Customer’s entitlement or receiving the valid withdrawal notice.
As a general rule, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. The Customer will not incur any additional fees as a result of the refund.
Model Withdrawal Form
This form may be used only where the Customer has a right of withdrawal under applicable law.
